Luckily, there’s at least one third-party tool that you can use, and it’s called 4uKey. You can’t even reset your iPhone without your passcode and Apple ID, which leaves you stuck. Apple can sometimes help you out and get you back in, so long as you have your ID and an email that you can access, otherwise, you don’t have a whole lot of options available to you. In fact, it’s virtually impossible without that necessary information.
